Join the Australian Space Discovery Centre and Airbus for a hands on Mission to Mars workshop to celebrate World Space Week. The Space Workshop is a robotics workshop offered by the Airbus Foundation for ages 12 and above.

This workshop aims to introduce you to the world of robotics and the space industry. Workshop participants will investigate the design and abilities of the Arianne 5 rocket. The workshop will explore the whys and the hows of reaching Mars using advanced technologies in power, telecommunication and rockets.

Sessions are 75 minutes long, including a 45 minute workshop and 30 minutes to explore the Space Gallery. There are two sessions available on 13 October Wedneday at 10:00am and 3:15pm.

All attendees must pre-book. This includes babies, carers, children and parents. This workshop is intended for ages 12 and above. All children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 17. Maximum group size is 5.
