Space organisations, agencies and enthusiasts from all over the world made their way to Colorado Springs earlier in April to network with the space industry. This annual gathering of space professionals was a whirlwind 4 days for the Australia Space Agency.

With blizzard conditions outside, the cosy and friendly quarters of our booth became a home base for other Australian participants and organisations at the symposium. During the 4 days, we had over 70 engagements with international space agencies and space industry organisations. NASA, DLR and ESA, Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin and Boeing opened their doors for the Australian space industry.

Day 3 of the Symposium rounded off with a US-Australia Space Industry Exchange with G’Day USA and the CSIRO. Representatives from Australian industry and academia exchanged insights.

Our department recognises the First Peoples of this Nation and their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to the lands, waters, seas, skies, and communities.

We Acknowledge First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Custodians and Lore Keepers of the oldest living culture and pay respects to their Elders past and present. We extend that respect to all First Nations Peoples.
